Born in Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, Alexe was discovered in 2013 after participating in the show La Voix. Since then, she has been shining on the Francophone music scene as a singer-songwriter and performer. Nominated for ‘Revelation of the Year’ at the ADISQ Gala as well as for SOCAN’s Song of the Year, she has performed over 50 shows on tour in Quebec following the release of her debut album.

Since then, she has continued to release hits, repeatedly topping the charts both in Quebec and France with songs like Placebo, En Silence, Night in Paris (French version) in collaboration with Mike Demero and Aloe Balcc.

In 2024, Alexe returned with the first single from her upcoming album Je ne te quitte pas, a collaboration with Cartier Préféré and Mike Demero, which spent several weeks in the Top 10 charts, as well as being named Success of the Week and Strong Reaction of the Week. This song offers a positive perspective on grief, going beyond sorrow to celebrate life. She later released her second single Écrans de fumée, which raises awareness about the different effects of social media. Alexe’s second album will mark an important milestone in her evolution, transitioning from a young artist taking her first steps in the industry to the confident and accomplished woman she has become.
