Composed & written by Tino Izzo and Diane Cadieux, Audrey Demontigny presents her 3rd single Le Mal, from her last album Un Seul Instant.
” First band & first maritim tumult. Propofol was set on fire. Explosive moment, that the trio offered, directly from Montréal was finishing their European tour. Last show before their flight to Mexico. Last show, so we enjoyed it. Propofol is making dance. Propofol is making jump. Propofol is making us sweat. with Mexico land.
It’s electro-pop, electro-rock discharges. It’s a crazy energy. It’s free french, imaged and assumed. It’s guts. Then our ears are taking it. The music is rich in sounds. Some electro sounds. A bit of flute. Some aliens melodies. Rock without guitares, because this is the detail that makes the band is more than surprising. Weirdness of the night. Impression of an Ovni in front of us, a bit feline, that mix brillantly anglo-saxon influences to their french texts. A keyboard played over a powerful bass drums. A capting voice. That hurts us. And La Dame de Canton pitch.”
