SOCAN award for Marie-Mai and Fred St-Gelais
Yesterday, at the Hyatt Regency in Montreal, the annual SOCAN gala took place, rewarding songwriters for every title making the first place on Top 100 BDS charts.
Marie-Mai, Fred St-Gelais and Rob Wells were rewarded for their work on “Comme Avant”. An award has also been given to Marie-Mai, Fred St-Gelais, Martin Bachand and Marc Dupré for the song “Si on changeait”.
Bloc Notes Music Publishing is proud to have earned awards for these two songs as a music publisher.
For Marie-Mai, these two prizes end in style a great season for her, as her fourth album, Miroir, has been certified Gold within a month after its release and that she lately received a 6th Félix in her career for the Song of the year.
