Justin Roy is a songwriter known for his vibrant on-stage presence and the musical world he creates. His work stands out for its high collaborative effort; his lyrics mix authenticity, personal motion and universal themes, while his onstage presence is lauded for its energy and sincerity.

His love for music began when he learned to play the drums, then developed as he moved from an accompanist to a solo artist. He is now a member of the Classe Moyenne collective where he gets to work as a songwriter for his own projects as well as others’. His steady work ethic makes him a rising figure in the Québec francophone music scene.

In 2025, Justin participated in the Bloc Notes Songwriting Camp.
