Sally Folk was born in Montréal, Canada, in 1982. She is a self-made author, composer and singer. She initially started making music for the fun of it, and she definitely got the hooks in. Ever since, Sally writes about her daily observations and life experiences. Ranging from happiness to sadness, from wild ideas to self awareness, her originality and authenticity are genuine.

The album “Sally-and-me” presents a variety of feelings to which most will identify, especially young women. Indeed, Sally represents the free untamed aspect of one’s personality, so often lost in the turmoil of responsibilities and mature conduct. Sally believes that happiness is for those who remain spontaneous, creative, assertive and self accepting. She approaches issues with clarity, dept, a laid-back attitude and a good deal of humour, energy and enthusiasm.
