Betty Bonifassi will present her show Chants d’esclaves, chants d’espoir at Montreal’s Jazz Festival on July 6th 2014 at Club Soda, 11h p.m. Tickets will be on sale on April 26th 12h p.m. Don’t miss it!

Betty Bonifassi’s Chants d’esclaves, chants d’espoir is a tribute to black songs from 1920’s in an electrofunk remaining of this universe. Songs from prison, forced labour camps, railroads or calls, all of these chants were originally created to help maintain an often inhuman workload.

Betty Bonifassi will be accompanied by her two precious collaborators: Jean-François Lemieux and Benjamin Vigneault.
